In order to secure your place as a trader or exhibitor we require some more information from you as well as payment for your ticket. Please use the menu links to the right to go to the correct form. Once you have filled this in use the shop to pay for your tickets. Save and print all receipts as these will be required when you come to site.

Pitch Sizes and details:

Indoor = 12ft x 6ft  (3.66m x 1.83m)

Heated and with electricity. Secure at night. Bring your own tables; chairs; stands etc. Sleep in out-of-character area.

Outdoor = 25ft x 25ft  (7.62m x 7.62m)  (Including guy ropes).

Must be as in-character or in-period looking as possible. Sleep with your stand or in the out-of-character area. Security patrols.

Trader Price:

Traders (and exhibitors who also wish to sell anything) pay the following:

  • Up to and including April £60;
  • In May this increases to £70;
  • In June this increases to £80;
  • In July this increases to £90 and;
  • In August this increases to £100.

We also ask for a donation of a product of your choice for the staff/volunteer raffle.

Caterers/Refreshment stands pay the above as a deposit, then make up the total to 20% of their takings from the weekend at the close of the festival.

Exhibitors (and therefore groups) can display for free. You may also donate an item to the raffle if you wish (such as a voucher to attend an event free or at discount).
